What does a gym with 24-hour access cost?

On average 34,94 € per month effective (from 9,90 €), including all fees over the contract term. Round-the-clock access is not a premium feature: automated studios without permanent staffing are often among the cheapest options available.

Is anyone at the gym at night?

Usually not. Many 24-hour gyms are unstaffed outside core hours and are entered with an access chip or app, secured by cameras and an emergency button. If you need an induction or supervision, check the staffed hours, which we list per studio.

What should I look out for with a 24-hour gym?

Three things: whether 24-hour access is included in the base rate or costs extra, whether there are staffed hours for induction and training plans, and whether an access medium (chip, wristband) is charged as a one-off. We factor such one-off costs into the effective price.

Is 24/7 worth it if I only train in the evening?

Often yes, but not because of the night. Studios with continuous access spread their occupancy better, which makes the classic peak between 5 and 8 pm noticeably calmer. The real gain is flexibility.
