Copyright and reservation of use

The content and data compilations we create are subject to German copyright law. Use for text and data mining within the meaning of § 44b UrhG (German Copyright Act), in particular for training generative AI systems, is not permitted.

How we work

Listing is free for gyms and the ranking cannot be bought. Links marked as advertising are commission links. Signing up through them costs no more, and it does not change the order of the results.

Information for Austria and Switzerland

This service is operated by a provider established in Germany; under § 20 ECG (Austrian E-Commerce Act), the legal requirements within the coordinated field are governed by German law. The media owner within the meaning of the Austrian Media Act is the company named above, based in Chemnitz, Germany. According to the commercial register, its business purpose is operating a comparison portal for gyms and sports offerings, as well as services in the field of marketing and customer advice for these areas. There is no entry in the Austrian company register, no Austrian VAT identification number and no membership of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

Editorial policy pursuant to § 25 (4) MedienG: the portal informs consumers about prices, contract terms and additional costs of gyms. Its aim is a comprehensible comparison based on effective costs. The portal is not affiliated with any political party or provider, and placement in the comparison cannot be bought.

For Switzerland: there is no entry in the Swiss commercial register and no branch in Switzerland. Use of the portal is free of charge; no contracts can be concluded and no services ordered through this portal.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
